Why select Dynamic Entertainment?

Dynamic Entertainment has been providing quality service for over ten years and we know what it takes to make an event successful. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience with all types of corporate and private occasions, and our clients find this extremely valuable when planning their events. What do you charge? What about a deposit?

Like any business, pricing is based on the needs of the client. We require a minimum deposit of 50% at the time of booking. We hold ourselves to high standards of customer service and this allows us to commit the equipment to you, and ensure that it’s delivered and set up properly. All contracts are arranged on a first come, first serve basis.

What if I want Dynamic Entertainment to stay overtime or make last possible changes?

Dynamic Entertainment will make every effort to accommodate your request. Although we prefer to know ahead of time if you would like to book additional hours, we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided there are no conflicts. Cancellations or additions of equipment maybe subject to additional fees.

My budget is limited; can Dynamic Entertainment work with my budget?

YES!

Are gratuities included in the cost?

Not all contracts contain gratuities. Please discuss gratuities with your party coordinator. Dynamic Entertainment’s employees look forward to making your event the best. Additional gratuities are always welcome.

What if I have to cancel or change my date?

We work very hard to accommodate our clients. If you need to change the date of your event due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be up to the discretion of Dynamic Entertainment to apply your deposit to a new date up to one year from the original contract date provided there are no conflicts with the date and equipment. In the event that the equipment is unavailable, we will offer you an item of comparable value.

What is your policy for when it rains?

Dynamic Entertainment is just as disappointed as you are when rains! It is up to the discretion of Dynamic Entertainment if the conditions are bad enough that the event needs to be postponed, and whether or not the event can be rescheduled. If the event cannot be rescheduled then your deposit will be held for any future party with Dynamic Entertainment up to one year from date of contract. If the weather is uncertain and it is agreed with the client that we will proceed with the event and it does start to rain, we cannot issue a refund once our staff and equipment has left our facility.

How safe are your units?

We work hard to keep our equipment in good condition, and pride ourselves on the cleanliness and safety of our units. All of our units have a ramp-step for safe and easy entry/exit and are constructed from durable vinyl and mesh netting that allows for easy viewing and minimizes the chances of getting entangled. Our inflatables are equipped with a non-removable list of rules and are set-up and run by experienced Dynamic Entertainment staff. As with any vigorous activity, supervision and following the safety guidelines is important to ensure the safety of all participants.

Will Dynamic Entertainment provide attendants to staff inflatable rides, concessions or other attractions?

Every inflatable, concession, and attraction we rent is supervised and run by Dynamic Entertainment’s staff. However, in order to ensure a safe environment your cooperation is needed.

What about electricity?

Normally each inflatable/concession runs off a dedicated 110v/15 amp circuit, this is usually what you would consider a “normal plug” in most homes and businesses. If you are renting large equipment or multiple equipment we will discuss the power needs with you at booking. We do rent gas-powered generators for an additional charge to support your events at locations without sufficient power, such as parks, beaches, etc…

What are Dynamic Entertainment’s party planning services?

An event planner attends to all details necessary to planning your event to allow you to fully enjoy your party, focus on being a great host or hostess, and accept all the credit for the memorable party you hosted. A good event planner is very experienced and has a keen ability to research new areas and unique requests. We are happy to manage many or only a few of the aspects of your event. We have satisfied customers who only employ us for a part of the event, while others like to leave the whole event to us. In the later scenario we can provide catering, entertainment and all the other aspects that make for a successful party, and thoroughly manage them to ensure the smooth running of the event itself.

What is an event planner?

An event planner is a professional coordinator dedicated to overseeing the detailed tasks that are involved with planning a successful event. Event planners are often referred to as event consultants, event designers, party planners, meeting planners, and event coordinators. Most event planners are formally trained in logistics, marketing events, organization skills, and prioritizing. Our event planners have the skills and the enthusiasm to add creativity to your event.

Do you only plan big and expensive events?

No! Dynamic Entertainment will organize the smallest events, the most intimate celebration, or birthday party. We will organize a single element or all of your party needs, if that is your wish. Dynamic Entertainment will satisfy your needs as well as your budget. Pricing is based on the variety of services rendered. Dynamic Entertainment does it all!

If I want a theme party, but I want it to be to be fresh and new - would you be able to help?

Of course! We have many innovative ideas on how to make a classic theme work for you or we can suggest something a little more ‘off the wall’, if you wish. Popular themes like Vegas-Style Casinos and Hawaiian Luaus are always successful, but we are constantly researching new and unique ideas. Perhaps we could turn your event into a Hollywood Style Gala, complete with paparazzi and a red carpet!
